Express Shipping is $14.95.
Some oversized or bulky goodies may incur an additional $12.95 bulky shipping fee due to their size or weight.
Good news though — bulky item shipping becomes FREE on orders over $250 🎉
How do I get free shipping?
Spend over $130 and you’ll unlock FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide 🚚
Please note: some oversized bulky items may still attract an additional bulky shipping fee unless your order exceeds $250.
How long does dispatch take?
We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days from our Queensland warehouse 🐶
During huge sales, launches or holiday periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer while our team packs all the tail-wagging orders flying through.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your pup’s goodies all the way home 🐾
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact our friendly team and we’ll help investigate things with Australia Post or the courier provider.

How do I know my order was successful?

Can I change my order after placing it?
Possibly! If your order hasn’t already been packed or
dispatched, we may still be able to help.
Please contact us ASAP if you’d like to make any changes.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Oops! Please contact us immediately if you notice an
incorrect address.
Once an order has been shipped, we unfortunately can’t make
changes to delivery details.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely 🎁🐶
Simply enter the lucky pup’s (or special persons) delivery address at checkout.
What if an item is out of stock?
If a product sells out, simply hit the “Notify Me When
Available” button on the product page and we’ll let you know when it’s back in
stock.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t yet been packed or shipped, we may be
able to cancel it.
The sooner you contact us, the better chance we can catch it
before it leaves the warehouse.

Does the size of the item relate to the size of the dog?
Generally not 🐾 In most cases, the listed size is simply used for choosing between product sizes and doesn’t directly relate to the breed or size of your dog.
We always recommend going by your dog’s measurements to help ensure the best and most comfortable fit.
How do I choose the right size?
We highly recommend measuring your dog before purchasing, as sizing can vary between brands and products.
If your pup sits between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up 🐾
Can you help me choose a size?
Absolutely! Send us your dog’s:
- chest measurement
- neck measurement
- back length
along with the product you’re looking at and our team will happily help recommend the best fit.

My dog sits between sizes — what should I choose?
In most cases, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for harnesses, jackets and clothing.
Why does sizing vary between products?
Different brands and styles can fit differently, which is why measurements are always more accurate than breed or weight alone.
Can I exchange an item if the size is wrong?
Yes! As long as the item is unused and returned in original condition within our returns timeframe.

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original condition with tags attached / same packaging it came in.
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit 🐾
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
For sizing or change-of-mind returns, we offer exchange or store credit with no expiry.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No stress!
If the size isn’t quite right, you can return the item within 30 days for an exchange or store credit, provided it’s unused and in original condition.
Are any items non-returnable?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings
- Grooming products
- Food & treats
- Cushion inserts
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, simply visit our Returns & Exchanges page and complete the request form with your order details and the item you'd like to return 🐾

Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
How long does it take to process returns?
Once your return arrives and is inspected, exchanges, store credits or refunds are usually processed within a few business days.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Free from pet hair or odour
- In original packaging (where applicable)
- With any tags attached

Are your Dog Lollies safe for dogs?
Yes! Our Dog Lollies are specially made for dogs using dog-friendly ingredients with no added preservatives or nasties 🍭🐶
Do Dog Lollies melt in hot weather?
During warmer months, slight softening can occasionally happen in transit.
We use protective packaging & ice bricks where possible, but we always recommend bringing parcels inside promptly after delivery.
Are your treats Australian made?
Many of our treats and DoggyTopia-created goodies are proudly Australian made, including our popular Dog Lollies range!
How do I clean enrichment toys and slow feeders?
Most enrichment toys and slow feeders can simply be washed with warm soapy water.
Always check the individual product care instructions for best results.
How should I measure my dog’s paws for shoes?
When measuring for dog shoes, the paw width is the most important measurement for achieving the best fit 🐾
It’s also important to factor in things like fur and the paw naturally bunching up slightly when inside the shoe.
If the shoes end up being a little roomy, dog socks can help create a snugger and more comfortable fit.
Are your products suitable for strong chewers?
Some toys are designed for tougher play, however no toy is completely indestructible.
We always recommend supervising your dog during playtime.
Are your grooming products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our grooming goodies are made with gentle ingredients suitable for sensitive skin.

Are your carriers airline approved?
Some carriers are suitable for in-cabin airline travel, however airline requirements can vary.
